Consultation on English reserve quota policy in 2020 and updates to the English Quota Management Rules

We are consulting you about Defra’s policy on the allocation of reserve quota in England for 2020. We invite you to submit your views in response to the questions we have set out below. Please feel free to share this information with your members and colleagues.
This consultation seeks evidence in response to a number of questions about:
- the allocation of reserve quota in England in 2020
- proposed updates to the English Quota Management Rules
Update: 1 Week Extension to the Consultation on English reserve quota policy in 2020 and updates to the English Quota Management Rules
New closing date: 09/03/2020
Following requests from some stakeholders for further time to consider this, Defra is extending this consultation by 1 week until the 9th March 2020.
It is hoped that this extension will allow our stakeholders more time to consider their responses.
