Survey for the Joint Post-Implementation Review (PIR) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species regulations 2017 and the Conservation of Offshore Marine Habitats and Species regulations 2017
Overview
This survey aims to gather the views of stakeholders and users of the ‘Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 as amended’ and the ‘Conservation of Offshore Marine Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 as amended’ (hereby termed the onshore and offshore Habitats Regulations respectively). The evidence gathered will inform the post-implementation review of these regulations (linked on the next page of this survey) and may also support any future wider policy work regarding improvements to the onshore and offshore Habitats Regulations.
We expect this review to be of interest to regulators, environmental NGOs, and industry groups, as well as others who have an interest in the regulations and how protected sites and species are regulated in the UK.
