Overview

We are seeking your views on a proposal to enable the Secretary of State to recover certain marine licence decisions for her own determination. As well as strengthening the democratic process, the proposal may enhance the working arrangements between developers and local communities ensuring issues of local concern are resolved before a proposal reaches the marine licensing application stage.
